Location really good. Only a 5-10min walk to the old town centre. Not too noisy as the road it is on is not that busy. Unfortunately we did not have breakfast on this occasion but had great feedback from a fellow guest so will opt for this next time. We did like the drinking water in reception (flavoured with cinnamon sticks and fruit slices) at the guest's disposal. Fixtures and fittings great and room very clean and comfortable. Very helpful and responsive staff. I informed reception on my way out that there was a small issue with the shower connector (leaking slightly when in use, but then going down the plughole). This was not an issue for me, but thought it best to let them know as a small amount of water was being wasted each time. On my return, the whole mixer tap had been replaced with a new one. Impressive - especially it being a bank holiday. Also, a day after checking out I called to tell them that I had forgotten to take my Euro converter plug from the room. It had been found, and they kept it in reception/housekeeping for me, to be picked up by a relative a few days later.

Jerez is just bursting with history , the hotel is centrally located and parking is available but you need to book it . Spacious room with a balcony was really lovely, the receptionist was friendly and knowledgable and informed us of a special event taking place that weekend which was truly spectauliar. The home of sherry! and you can visit the Bodegas and learn all about it, the famous horses too is worth going to see and as always do your research before you go. Walking around the place is easy and you can find exciting gems in the architecture and churches, you can get lost easily so make sure you have a good map. We ate at the local restuarants and found them fascinating with street performers just showing up, playing the guitar and singing it was great.

Central location very convenient for most places of interest. The Alcázar, cathedral, etc., are 11 or 12 minutes' walk away, and lots of restaurants and bars will be passed (or not!) on the way. Having a car park on site is a big bonus in this city centre location for those, like us, arriving by car. The room was a decent size, comfortable and clean, and the bathroom was all that was required. The breakfast was more than adequate for us with a good selection of most things. The staff were friendly too! We'd certainly stay in this hotel again.

My wife and I had such a wonderful stay at Hotel Jerez Centro! From the moment we arrived, Ana at the reception, provided exceptional service, ensuring a smooth check-in process. The cleanliness of the room she allocated is definitely a plus, as a clean and comfortable space is essential for a pleasant stay. We enjoyed the breakfast as well. Staying at Jerez Centro is fantastic experience! The location is within walking distance to the tourist attractions as well as to the railway station.

The hotel staff were all friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and although the beds were a little hard, it was a comfortable space. The location is good, with restaurants close by, plus food available at the bar/room service. It's close to a good supermarket, a Mercadona. We had breakfast in the buffet each day, and there was a good selection on offer. There were tissues in the room, which seems to be a dying amenity in hotels, I liked they were included.
